The Mallard's Landing is a year-round,  fully furnished, contemporary home.  It features an open concept floor plan with a large living space, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a large private bath.  The wrap around deck provides stunning westerly views over a private lake cove.

 

 

The Mallard's Landing features TV/ DVD, cable, and wireless internet access.

The minimum reservation stay in the Mallard's Landing is one month @ $2,195 per month, which includes electricity and heat.  For stays of 3 months or more during low season, the reservation rate is $995 per month which includes electricity, cable, wireless internet and hot water. Guests are responsible for their own heating costs.
