We are located on an island at the end of dead end dirt road. Sometimes, getting here can be confusing, especially if you are arriving after dark and have not been here before.

If you get lost,  we request that you do NOT disturb our neighbors for directions.

Please call us, instead, and we will assist you or we will come guide you here if necessary.

From Boston:  Take 95 South to 295 South to Route 44 West.  Follow 44 West about 8 miles to the yellow blinker at the junction of Route 44 and Route 102. Go just past the blinker and turn left immediately at the white picket fence onto Chestnut Hill Road. 

From New York City:  Take 95 North to Route 395 North to Route 6 East.  After about 10 miles, bear left onto Route 6 Bypass and take a left at the next traffic light onto Route 102 North.  Follow 102 about 6 miles to the red blinker at the junction of Route 44. Go just past the blinker and turn left immediately at the white picket fence onto Chestnut Hill Road.

From Warwick (airport):  Follow the airport connector toward Route 95.  Take 95 South one exit to Route 295 North to Route 44 West.  Follow 44 West about 8 miles to a yellow blinker at the junction of 44 and Route 102.  Go just past the blinker at the CVS and turn left immediately at the white picket fence onto Chestnut Hill Road. 

From Eastern Connecticut:  Follow 395 South to Route 44 East.  Go 10 miles into Chepachet.  Drive through the Village, past after the State Police barracks on the right and turn right before the yellow blinker and CVS at a white picket fence onto Chestnut Hill Road. 

From Hartford:  Take I-84 to Exit 69 (Willington/ Route 74).  Go right off ramp to light after railroad tracks.  Continue on Route 74 for about 7 miles to intersection with Route 44.  Go left on route 44 for about 20 miles, through Putnam, CT and into Chepachet, RI.  Drive through the Village, past after the State Police barracks on the right and turn right before the yellow blinker and CVS at a white picket fence onto Chestnut Hill Road. 

From New York State:  Take the Massachusetts Turnpike to Auburn, Mass. Pick up Interstate 395 South at the junction with Route 290. Its sounds complicated but the route is well marked. Then follow the directions just above for Eastern Connecticut. 

From Central Massachusetts: Follow 146 South to Route 102 South.  Go about 10 miles on 102 until it merges with Route 44 at Aegean Pizza (on the left) in Chepachet.  Bear left on Rt. 44.  Drive through the Village, past the State Police barracks on the right and turn right before the yellow blinker and CVS at the white picket fence onto Chestnut Hill Road.

From All Directions: 

Once you are the intersection of Route 44 and 102, look for Chestnut Hill Road at the white picket fence.  If you are coming west on 44 or north on 102, it is the left just after the blinker near the CVS pharmacy.  If you are coming east on 44 through the Village of Chepachet, it is the right after the State Police barracks and just before the blinker near CVS. 

Only go down Chestnut Hill Road 0.6 miles, past the lake on your left and past Capron Lane. 

Turn left on Sand Dam Road, a one-lane dirt road (the sign hangs high on a telephone pole in the westbound direction). Two white houses are situated on each side of the road headway.  Sand Dam Road is just after driveway for 182 Chestnut Hill Road. You will note the first white circular sign for Blueberry Pointe on the pole. It looks like this:

We are the island at the very end of the Sand Dam Road, ½ mile from Chestnut Hill Road.  Follow the white circular blueberry signs. 

As you pass the state boat ramp on the left, continue bearing right.  Bear right at the telephone pole with the rectangular sign for the Blueberry Pointe property and parking area.  Also on this telephone pole are various signs for other properties such as Point Way.  Again, take the turn to the right. We are located about 300 feet further from this point. Drive slowly through our neighbors' yard between the green garage and the green house and across the short one-lane causeway to our parking area. The beginning of the causeway is marked by a  wooden post with another "blueberry" sign, the numbers "115" and two reflective arrows. 

We are the large white house with white wraparound decks and a boat dock at the end of that causeway. The main house and two cottages are trimmed in blueberry and salmon hues.
