Fun, intimate gatherings are our specialty.

 

 

Blueberry Pointe on the Lake is located on a private peninsula of land. We are surrounded by  freshwater coves brimming with waterfowl.  Our grounds are landscaped for country gentility, strolling, and socializing.  

Catering services allow you and your guests to experience individualized gourmet service and respite from everyday routines.  

Rental of main house formal dining room, common room, wrap-around decks, and garden area is $100 per hour, with a minimum of 4 hours.  Party tents and portable restroom facilities are available at an additional charge.

All catering requests must be made at least one week in advance.   

It may be possible to substitute items on one menu for another menu.

Chicken Salad Salad

A generous scoop of all white chopped chicken served over a garden salad. 

 

Scallop or Chicken Caesar Salad

Bibb and Romaine lettuces dressed with classic garlic, lemon, and Dijon dressing then tossed with croutons, grated cheese, and broiled bay scallops. 

 

Cold Seafood Antipasto

An assortment of chilled fresh seafood served over a seasonal garden salad with clear Japanese noodles and sliced hard-boiled eggs. 

 

Shrimp Stuffed Avocado

Chilled shrimp lightly dressed with lemon and mayo and stuffed into a fully ripened avocado.  Served over baby lettuces and tomato slices. 

 

Turkey Club Sandwich

Heaped smoked deli turkey layered with bacon, lettuce, and tomato, served on whole-grained bread.  Served with chips. 

 

Chicken Pot Pie

Like Grandma used to make!  It’s hot and creamy, white meat only, brimming with peas and carrots, in a flaky and buttery pastry.   

 

Homemade Turkey Chili with Quesadillas

We added kielbasa, molasses, and barbecue sauce to chopped turkey and five bean chili, and, voila!  We won the Chili Cook-off!  Accompanied by two chicken and cheese quesadillas.

Fresh, succulent sea scallops baked in a thyme cream sauce with vegetables. 

Served with rice pilaf. 

 

Grilled Salmon Seattle

Boneless salmon filets lightly seasoned and topped with a savory fruit compote. Served with onion rings. 

 

 

Stuffed Shrimp Scampi Sausalito

A bounty of medium shrimp dredged in garlic and basil butter, tucked into a casserole of seafood stuffing, and baked.  Served with rice pilaf. 

 

Haddock Chatham

South shore filets with mushrooms, onions, bell pepper, & tomatoes, or white wine, butter, & seasoned bread crumbs. Served with baked potato, sour cream, and fresh chives.
